Do you offer 12-month HOA maintenance contracts?

Yes. We offer 12-month maintenance contracts, so the property gets steady care through wet winters and dry summers.

Can you handle storm cleanup for our HOA?

Yes. We clear branches and debris from HOA common areas, remove downed trees and limbs, and haul it all away. Leaf cleanup and gutter cleaning are part of it too. Call (360) 701-1399 after a storm and we'll talk through timing.

Do you de-ice HOA walkways in winter?

Yes. When a cold snap hits Olympia, we de-ice and do light snow plowing for driveways and walks, including the walks in your common areas.

Do you take care of HOA irrigation?

Yes. We repair and maintain irrigation systems, and in the fall we do irrigation blowouts so lines don't freeze and crack over winter. We also winterize plants and flowerbeds.
